Meesho — Refund not provided for returned product

I Purchased 3 dresses from Meesho in the month of July (Payment Mode:Cash on Delivery). I Returned the Dresses on July 15, 2021.

July 20th I found that the Bank Account that I have saved in the application is the account I have closed few months back. Hence, I updated the Bank account number to the current one I am using.

1st Call. (July 21, 2021)
Called the support team, and they informed that refund has been initiated from their side on 15th July for one dress and 16th July for the other two dresses and I will receive the refund to the currently updated account number. Informed her regarding the account number change. She kept me on hold and disconnected the call.

2nd Call. (July 21, 2021)

Called the support team, and they informed that refund has been initiated from their side on 15th July for one dress and 16th July for the other two dresses and I will receive the refund to the currently updated account number.

3rd Call (July 22, 2021)

Called again as I did not receive the refund. I explained everything to an Agent (Mohammed Asif) He heard everything and informed that I will get a call from the escalation team in three working days. He confirmed that there is no Incident ticket to be raised for this as this will get processed.

3rd Call (July 28, 2021)

Called again as I did not receive the refund or any call from the escalation team. I again explained everything to an Agent, she heard everything and informed that I will definitely get a Call from the escalation team in three working days.

4th Call (August 4, 2021)

Called again as I did not receive the refund or any call from the escalation team. I again explained everything to an Agent, she heard everything and informed that I will definitely get a Call from the escalation team in three working days.

I am completely frustrated as they neither call me or refund my amount.

I have even emailed them the proof of the Account is closed many months back. There has been no update from them since then.

I am waiting for the refund for almost a month now for refund.
