This is to bring to your notice that my exchange order from Meesho has been shipped on 20th September 2022 and it was supposed to be delivered by 26th September…order Id:[protected]_1
When I was tracking the shipment on the Meesho app it was not moving forward after 20th September…neither still it has not been delivered to me..The courier company is Shadowfax
Due to the delay I spoke to Meesho customer care and also shadowfax
Also dropped an email to shadowfax for which I received a call from Shadowfax and as per them the order has been returned back to the seller..
I sent the screenshot of what shadowfax team has sent me to Meesho but they are saying it’s wrongly updated
Does it take so long for the exchange order and there is no movement of tracking after 20th September…
I’m highly disappointed with their service
Shadowfax clearly mentions that it’s been returned to the seller then why Meesho ppl are giving wrong updates
I want my refund back…I don’t want to wait anymore for this order
Kindly refund my amount to the payment account….
Kindly look into this concern…My lot of time has been wasted calling Meesho customer service…It’s their internal coordination which needs to be sorted…It’s not the customer who needs to keep calling them for the update.
I just want my refund right now…I don’t want to wait longer now..
