[Resolved]  Meesho — Wrong product delivered - not picked up after multiple complaints

I ordered a dress on 11 Sep'22 where i faced the size issue so i placed the exchange request. Instead of getting the same dress with the larger size i received completely different product so i had to opt for the return mentioning the same reason. Since that day the delivery executive came multiple times but never picked up the dress due to product mismatch.

Reached out to customer care multiple times, followed their instructions but it never helped. Few days back, they filed a complaint and shared the ticket number with me over the email assuring that my product will be picked up soon. Yesterday, 03rd Oct'22 i have received ab email in revert of that complaint that this is resolved and my product has been already picked up. But the product is still with me and courier partnership had cancelled the return.

Please look into this.

Nothing as such, i myself called in customer care again and enquired about my complaint. Then the product was picked up today 05th Oct'22. But they have wasted my 1 month due to all this chaos and it was mentally so much frustrated process. Time & money as well.
