[Resolved] Mefashionista — order no. 38248 not delivered as on date

I have order patina leather cabin set 2pcs - color: rusty leather (Model le2007cb) on 17th december 2018, but status shows consignment packed on 24th december, till now i am unable to get the delivery status.

Company not responding my mails. Even tried to through website chat.

Kindly look into it.

Company mailed me ([email protected]) on 24th December 2018 stating that my consignment is packed on 24th December 2018. But till now update abt my consignment. Status in website shows consignment packed. I was trying to get in touch with their customer execute through their internal chat based, but no response since 24 December. Even today also I tried to check the status but it shows same.please. look into it

I am not getting any response from Mefashionista.com, even i have mailed them at [protected]@mefashionista.com about status of my order, as i was bought those items for birthday gift to one my friend, till no response from them. Such a unprofessional attitude they have, they dont bother about customer satisfaction.

Kindly look into and suggest way forward.
