Mega Cabs — non receipt of taxi bills

Kindly note that i have hired a mega cab from bangalore international airport to ashraya international hotel on 18th june around 10.20 am. I have paid rs.850 towards the taxi charges including the toll. The driver said he will make sure a receipt will be issued in my email id. Even after three days i have not received any email or receipt towards the payment. I have given the visiting card to the driver to issue the receipt. I am extremely sorry to note that so far no communication from your company.
Secondly i would like to register a compliant that the cab was not kept clean and hygienic and not even a bottle of water to drink.
I am requesting you to kindly issue the receipt of payment with immediate effect.
