[Resolved]  Meritnation — cancellation of subscription and request to cancel finance with bajaj finserv

I was contacted by your team comprising of mrs. Hemlata, mr. Shakir.
My ward even refused to take demo class as he already had bad experience with meritnation in 2014..

They continuously forced us to subscribe meritnation again by making several false promises.

Then they tried to offer discount on your schemes by helping a aid from finance from bajaj finserv pvt ltd.

The agent didn't even meet me a single time for explaining the terms and conditions and misguided me to process for e - mandate. No paper was get signed by me for the same. I was not also made aware of terms and conditions of the financer.

The counsellor was making hurry by saying that we need to complete e-mandate in 5 mins which was also not true. I was not given any loan documents still now.

Your counsellor, made a request to initiate the downpayment of rs 20, 000 but i refused to do so as my ward was not still satisfied with your service. They were again and again making different offers such as switching subscription to jee-iit and also offered to admit my younger son in meritnation,

When i didn't make payment, your team made paid the downpayment which you can also confirm from your resources. A payment of rs 20, 000 was initiated through internet banking but i wasn't aware of this fact. I came to know this when called your customer care desk for cancellation of this subscribtion.

So, it is evident that this is a cheating by your team. My ward wasn't intrested in your subscribtion right from the first day but they were not keen to understand this and still calling 10 times the day.

I incquired from your customer care staff that they still didn't receive the financed money from bajaj finserv.
In view of the above, you are requested to cancel the subscribtion and finance.

Please look into the matter as it is a serious matter of cheating and misguidance by your staff.

After seeing this, i damn sure to unsubscribe this package. Please do the need ful at the earliest. I shall ever be grateful to this act of your kindness.
I can also produce call recordings for your reference also.

They are not processing cancellation of subscription and finance though i haven't made any downpayment to them.

I am also got trapped in meritnation policy. I purchased a course of RS. 34000 for PCM LIVE classes on 21 August 2020.The agents came to my house and made a false claims which I understand later after paying the amount. I haven't activated my account till now.
I called several times to meritnation but didn't get any positive response.

I will be very thankful if you please help me and tell me what I can do to get my money back from this fraud company.

Did you got your refund or any resolution?

If yes then please guide me what can I do against this fraud company.
