Hi...we too have faced a major problem recently. This is a fraud company as they keep changing the fees and put the blame on spot promotions, festive promo etc. Their Help, Customer and Client support team speak different language, unprofessional and cannot differentiate between apples and oranges. The team leader quotes one price, followed by a different price from TL Customer support and finally the Client Sevices team rubbishes the quote stating this was for a day and now the customer has to pay a higher price. We too live in the UAE and they are taking undue advantage of Indian expats in the GCC. Please spread the word through your friends ( Meritnation loves to fib and con customers big time) to REFRAIN from registering. Advance payment made in full is abuse of customers right after signing-up as they begin playing dirty games leaving students and parents stressed up. MP Chaudhary if you have succeeded in sourcing a teacher would you please share details of the same...Thank you !!!
