[Resolved] Meru Cab Company — Pathetic APP and WORST SERVICE

MERUCABS is a fraud company, we have used the coupun which was provided by merucabs, the app accepted the coupun code, no error message, the customer call people told me that i will get a discount of Rs.250 after my journey gets over, but after our travel we were schocked to see the actual meter fare and there was no discount nor not even a single rupee was reduced. Their app is a crap and their customer service is pathetic, no response to customer emails. whenever we call to get their help, they say their team will get back to you shortly, but none called us so far. Also their drivers are unprofessional, the driver called me to get the address, i told the address atleast 6 times and he was unable to find my address inspite of repeated times telling him the way, we had a tough time managing the driver as well. DON'T GO FOR MERUCABS, WORST SERVICE AND FALSE COMMITMENTS
