[Resolved] Meru Cabs — bill generated without trip | |||
I booked a meru cab, scheduled at 3 in the morning. I paid it while booking itself. I didn't get any cab, at 3:30 i got bill, asking for the feedback of my ride. I paid 577, and no cab showed up, i got no call too and on top of it i received a statement stating my trip is completed. It's ridiculous! How could a trip which has not started got completed. And i was charged for that too. Was this information helpful? | |||
