I booked a cab. Cab driver said it will take him longer than estimated time to reach pick up point. After asking exact location of pick up point, he called and confirmed he has reached. But when I came down, I found him no where. On calling, he simply said call customer desk. When I called customer desk they said the previously booked cab is nowhere in my vicinity. They are sending another one in 20 mins which was happened to be 1 hr after first cab's estimated arrival. The second one also was no show. I had to cancel my travel plans. Thank god I was not catching train or flight. First booking had a one time use promo code which also went away with it. Icing on the cake, meru had the audacity to even deduct Rs 189 for the cab ride which did not happened. After spending almost 1 hr with customer desk being pushed from desk to desk paying for these calls from my phone balance, I was at last the unworthy customer who did not get his ride or even a call back, got money deducted and had to cancel weekend day plan.
