I had booked Meru reserve for 4 days starting today with booking ID of 62810496 at 7.50 AM.
On not getting cab details at 7.55 AM, i called customer care who informed that cab will be now assigned and reach destination after 15 minutes. This is more than 20 minutes delay which has upset my commute for an important meeting.
This is extremely poor service from Meru and i would like the amount paid for the reservation refunded back without delay.
