[Resolved] Meru Cabs — unacceptable service | |||
I had booked a meru cab on 19/03/18 morning for going to bangalore airport from my residence, for a pick up at 07:25 hrs. On 20/03/18. The booking was confirmed to me with a booking reference no., with a mention that the cab details would be sent to me 20 mts. Prior to pick up time. As i had not received any messsage from them till almost pick up time, i called them up to find out when they are sending the cab. I was just shocked to hear their call centre operator cooly informing me that no cab was available and that they are sorry. I had no other option to get to airport, about 35 km. From my residence, in time to catch the flight. What was most shocking is that they didn't consider it necessary to inform me about this fact well in advance so that i could make some alternative arrangements. This is a totally unacceptable service on the part of the taxi operator. Was this information helpful? | |||
