[Resolved] Mescom — 10 digit customer number for online payment | |||
My rr number is mskl24692 division koppa and i need my 10 digits customer i'd for online payment. Also there is no customer i'd mentioned in the bill to check through and get the details also it is very confusing for any one to go through the electricity bill. Verified Support Feb 16, 2019 MESCOM Customer Care's response Sir, At present, the on-line payment system is enabled to 11 towns of R-APDRP area & DWA is issued to implement on-line payment system in remaining non-R-APDRP area. It will take some time for pilot project execution & implement. Once implemented in all the areas, advertisement will be given for public awareness.
