Mescom — billing related complaint

Address:Room No. 304, 11, Hari Om Harshalaya Apartments, Bhagavathi temple road, near kalakunja Hall. 575003mangalore

Dear sir,
I have received bill amounting to rs. 7212, and billing period is 05/02/20 - 19/05/20 billing date is 20/05/2020. Bill no. [protected] total unit consumed as per the bill is 946. This the first time i received the bill.

Our consumption is limited, only heater, mixer and washing machine is used. No. Air con, tv.

When i login to pay the bill online i found bill no.[protected] which is different from the bill i have received. Attached copy

Recently i have occupied the apartment ie. On 01st february 2020.

I will be thankful, if you please verify this bill comparing the previous bill.
