[Resolved]  Mescom — Electrical power line work to my and other houses have not been repaired permanently after national highway expansion, work

Dear sir / madam,

Since three years i have been asking mescom brahmavara division to do the repair work to the electrical lines going to my & my neighbors house and no action or repairs have been done so far. Our complaints have been neclected for more than three years. The conection wire work which we had permanently to our house been removed while the highway expansion work. The good (Assr) wires we had have been taken out & also the poles wihch we paid deposit money while taking permanent connections to our houses. These wires have been replaced with old 6 mm cables with more than 15 to 20 damaged joints, also the work been made in a temporary way with use of old wires leftover from highway expantion.. These wires are in bad condition and having the risk of falling down and causing death to people & damage to house hold electrical equipment.in some places the the assr wires are replaced with 6mm old cables. Also the assr poles connectios are connected with 6mm cables, in which the power is used for more than 8 houses, causing power voltage drop.
I am requesting you please provide us proper & permanent electrical line conections.
