[Resolved] Mescom — removal of fuse by mescom staff even after payment of bill | |||
I am a resident of bendore, mangalore. Twice i had bad experience from mescom wherein even after paying bills on time and in excess the area lineman removed the fuse without bothering to check with the owner (Myself) if the bill was paid or not. I had to call in in charge and run around living my kids at home alone to get the fuse back and show them receipts that i had made payment in excess. Over this the area lineman behaviour was very rude and unacceptable. His words were my work to remove fuse why should i inform them, once there is power cut they will realize and come to mescom office themselves. This happened to me twice without any fault of mine. Will the mescom compensate for mental torture, waste of time, money in running around to get it rectified... And why the staff cannot be trained to have some politeness and courtesy Was this information helpful? | |||
