Met Tech — fake form filling website threatening to pay money

This company gave me 1500 forms to complete in 15 days and also put software agreement which is fake. They provided ID and password to complete it.. I completed it and all are correct but it shown QC report is fail and they want me to pay 12500 includes legal fees for the same. They are threatening me that if I fail to pay they will take legal action.. Same company with different name doing fraudulent activity. Another company in the name of Digital Services done same procedure and software agreement they sent to me is next number to previous agreement I signed and company' authorised person signature is same for both
