Met Technologies Pvt Ltd — violation of pf & esi rules

I am working with met technologies pvt ltd in kolkata salt lake. I want to inform u that in this company they are sowing to government that they have only 150 employees but actually total employee strainth of this company is average 400. They just showing this 250 employees with other company payroll those have no presency to avoid the tax of government.
Also there are so many poor people working with this company those salary less than 10000 but they are not getting any of & esi facility.
Also my salary is 21000 but i am not getting any pf or esi facility from company. I don't know how they are doing this to avoide the eyes of kolkata of office.
As per my knowledge this company sattled this issue with kolkata pf office & other administrative ofice by money.
