Metrexa Technology — illegal and fraud charges demand by company

Dear sir/mam.
कुछ दिनों पहले metrexa technology के नाम से मुझे home base job का offer दिया गया था जिसमें per entry मुझे 30/ रूपये देने की बात कही गयी थी, तो मुझे जॉब की सख्त आवश्यकता होने के कारण मैं बड़ी जोरो शोर से काम में लग गया. लेकीन जब मैंने इन्टरनेट पे और लोगों का message देखा जो पहले इस metrexa technology कंपनी में काम करके fraud के शिकार हुए थे तो मैं भी suggestion लिया तो मुझे ये काम छोड़ देने के लिए बोला गया.. मैं अपना टाइम waste नहीं करना चाहता था इसलिए काम आधा करके छोड़ दिया..
लेकिन अब मुझे कंपनी द्वारा fine के तौर पर 15000 लीगल नोटीस के नाम पर माँगा जा रहा है जो मेरी हैशियत से बिलकूल ही बाहर है..

We appreciated your hard work which you have done day / night without seeing the time for the company to achieve the goal of 90% of the accuracy to get payment from the company, or may some time happens that not all time but some time helpline have not reply of your mail due to not understanding the question and when you raise your question you be on quick but you must know that there is so much other reply of the customer they need to give answer too, when lawyer called you please don;t we so frustrated we called you to resolve your matter and your issue and which case has been assign to us and you must know in the agreement comes under these categories non submission / qc fail the you need to make payment of registration fees to our clients else if you don't make payment to our client as per an indian contract act 1872 section 17 shall be imposed on you for negligence of payment and we also want to inform you that section 420 of ipc shall be imposed on you for doing fraud with our client for non payment of registration amount and for what so ever condition it is not accepted.
Abusive word : section 66 a shall be imposed for using abusive words with our client and advocate legal firm.

Non payment : if payment is not done then your case shall be transferred for further proceeding at an arbitrary court. An arbitrary and conciliation act of 1996 as per an article 14 shall be imposed on you and you might need to pay rs.50000/- for total loss to our client.

Legal notice : it is like a final warning to the receiver that the sender is all prepared to initiate a legal action and it is the final opportunity for the receiver to resolve the issue i hand properly.

Summon letter : if you don't reply on the time period it means that t/c you agree and you may on the fault and as per notice you are disrespecting the notice and law so as per the court summon letter will be issued it is to notifying a named party that a case involving it and that it must an appearance on the stated date to answer the charges or give evidence.

Failure to obey summon may result in issue of warrant of arrest and not settling the dispute will land up you in mess and we need to proceed this case further for an arbitrary proceedings.
