Metricstream — ComplianceOnline belongs to the Stone Age

I am writing this complaint after having had my happiness and peace of mind completely screwed by ComplianceOnline. I have known companies that still have not transited to the New Economy in their thinking; but ComplianceOnline takes the cake. It belongs to the Stone Age. They have no idea about employee benefits. They have no proper employment policy. Of course, on paper, they do, but not in practice. They don’t know what employee satisfaction and happiness mean. They think they can swindle the life out of employees and make a huge profit, but don’t realize that someday, these policies are sure to backfire. Take my advice if you contemplating joining them: please don’t, ever. Don’t go through the same hell that I did for no fault of mine, other than accepting their deeply exaggerated offer letter.
