Hi,
I bought a Metro Chappel for my wife on October from Trivandrum Metro showroom. After 4 months I could see the name of Metro has completely vanished and the threads started coming outside. So I have given my chappel to Kozhikode Hilite Mall Metro showroom and they have sent it for service/replacement before 2 weeks, Now I am not having any update on my product. I tried to call the showroom many times and no one pics the call. They have agreed like they will be giving a call by last Friday. As I didn't get that call and no response I have directly visited the showroom on Saturday.
When I meet those guys directly they said that they will be giving a call on Monday on what to do next. Now its again going for another Friday. Till now I didn't receive any call from them. When I tried to call no one is picking up the call. What should I do next? Please help me to get back my product with a replaced one.
