Metrosis Enterprise — cheating

I got call from metrosis enterprise on dated 5/7/2019, that is have to fill 800 forms in 7 days and minimum 640 correct form can allow and it will get 25 Rs each form then said that they will do my online registration and by cheating they sign a agreement from me on 08/07/19 morning on a online agreement form and on that day evening they block my id without inform me, and there site is also not opening also .
Now they are not receiving the phone call as all no.s are switched off.
Pls inform me what to do . I also mailed them at [protected]@metrosisenterprise.com regarding this but no response till now.There Contact No.s are [protected] and [protected] both are switched off.Pls inform me what to do

I got call from metrosis enterprise on dated 9/7/2019, that is have to fill 800 forms in 7 days and minimum 640 correct form can allow and it will get 25 Rs each form then said that they will do my online registration and by cheating they sign a agreement from me on 09/07/19 evening on a online agreement form and on that day evening they said u get a phone call from our company side but next day morning around 9am i got a phone call and they said u'll get ur work after 30mints by mail i said ok, but they didn't send me mail (work)
after that mani unlog ko afternoon mah msg v kiya tha ki abi takh mail nhi aaya karke uske baat wo ek ladka ne bola fir 30 mints mah aayega but kuch mail nhi aaya uske baat mani v koi care nhi ki, or aaj 18/07/19 ek ladka k call aaya bol raha court se bol raha hu aap k name pe case kiya hea metrosis enterprise company ne, because of mani work nhi kiya aur aab muje money pay karna padega bol raha hea ( aree jab mari pass koi mail aaya he nhi toh mah kise work karu
NOW WHAT I HAVE TO DO PLEASE HELP ME.
