Mg University — applied degree certificate but no progress update

I have applied for degree certificate. All documents are submitted. Payment is also done. I am not able to track the progress. There is no update about the progress. There is no communication or acknowledgment. This is frustrating and embarrassment. I need it on urgent basis. I am dialing the support number however no one is picking up phone. My mgu roll no. Is mgu/131/sn1105003/250. Please help me to get my certificate.
