Dear sir/madam, I am sanjay kumar My mgu enrolment no is mgu/131/sn1110061/005. Completed mba on 2015. Please note i have completed from mahatma gandhi university, meghalay[protected] I have paid rs.5000/- on 22.01.2018 for degree and till today i have not received my degree from your end. I have tried to call at your student support no/customer care no however there is no response, i have also sent mails to the higher authorities but nothing happened. this is with ref. to your reply on 09.05.18 where you have confirmed that you will issue degree in next 15 days, please advise the status of my MBA degree.
I have tried to get the update on the same from your customer care no.[protected], also I have sent email and call to Mr. Naveen on his mobile no.[protected]. however there is not response of the mail and calls.
there is no source available for the students to get the update on their degree/certificate.
I have completed MBA in 2015, applied for degree on 22.01.18.
this is the fifth month going on and still I have not received my degree.
kindly help to sort this out and provide the degree.
