I m a student from sri lanka. I completed my degree through cims campus sri lanka. For a migration purpose, my embassy may be required to submit a letter saying that degree completion date. My final transcript dated was sep 2016 but degree issued date is[protected]. Therefore, embassy may be questioned about the delay. I would be thankful if you could issue a letter saying the date of the competition of the degree (Not the convocation date)
