MGF Hyundai — No update on the advance paid for thermostat nearly two months back

I had paid an advance amount of Rs 1000 for a thermostat on 27/11/2020 at MGF Alappuzha service center, which I was told will be delivered within 15 days. I had contacted the Alappuzha customer service many times, but have not got a proper response.
So if I am not getting the part delivered with in a week, I would like to get the reimbursement of the advance, so that I can get it fixed from some other Hyundai service center.
