MGF Hyundai — staff service | |||
Hi Team, Last day, I met with a small accident and I called the staff Eldho working at Padivattom Hyundai Showroom (who dealt with my car purchase Car No: KL 40 K 7706). He answered the call and promised me a call back. But the same not happened. I called him again and I got the same response again. I waited for 30 minutes for his call. Then I called VTJ Hyundai Kakkanad and from there I got a marvellous service. They responded to my calls and arranged the service accordingly. I haven't purchased the car from there, but I got good service from them: that we used to expect from our own purchase showroom.
