Mgs Ford — Insurance policy

I got a call from MGS Ford for insurance renewal and they convinced me to get it renewed and collected the cheque from my office. They never communicated or sent any information regarding cheque but when I went there for claim they told me about invalidty of my police due to bounced cheque.Now my vehicle is damaged and I am not liable to get my damage and repair claimed under policy. It's huge loss just because of their irresponsibility.
