Mi — I am not satisfied for its service center

I have purchased mi redmi 4 on july 2017, but now touch problem so i visit it's customer care but the reason i am not satisfied.
My mobile is 9000 rs only the the touch making charge demand 9600 rs. And service center visiting charge demand 118rs.
So it's humble request please solve my problem.
