Mi India — mobile delivery issue

Sir i ordered mi note 7pro on 28th of may 2019 and same day they detect the amount from my account but still i am not received mobile and they are not refund my money also and the support given what they given in tracking details and website [protected] incoming facility also not there please help me to get my mobile.

Hi sorry to say I had bought redmi y2 online since starting it's only one speaker is working and on both side of the screen some light is reflecting. My pH serial number is b39bdabc. Pls check the screen shot attached in photo where on both side of screen some light is reflecting
