Mi — mechanic not come for tv installation

Sir i buy tv( mi tv 4a pro 49 inch ) from mi.com on 12 november 2018 with order no [protected] . it delivered me on date 17 november and tv serial no is 19070/[protected] .after delivery i registered for installion with token no d13085
and i get appointment on 19 november but nobody come or also i can't get any call from mechanic.i called mi customer service many times about this problem they registered my complain with complain no
woin[protected]
after this complain they give me appointment on 25 november and request to wait for 25 november but nobody come ..

and also mi customer service do nothing about my problem.

after no response from mi customer service or mechanic i registered a complain on consumer court with token no 1029042.
