I have a mi band 2 which is out of warranty of 1 year. Facing problem of dim display, visited customer care center at janak puri dc new delhi. They are not replacing the product saying it's out of warranty neither providing a solution or repair. Shall a customer who has a faulty product and us beyond one year spend rs 2000 again to buy new.
