Mi — refund | |
I ordered a handset redmi note 7pro of r's 13999 which was prepaid on 12 july 2019 but my ordered was cancelled as delivery guy rejected my exchange on 15 july 2019. I have made number of complaints to mi support team regarding my refund they keep on saying it will be coming to my account soon but till 4th aug 2019 i have not received my amount by mi. The support team tell me always that your refund has been raised early but i not yet get my refund back i always get the same answer from mi team. Mi compliant id woin[protected], Mi refund no. I send 5000 to my son account on 01.08.2019 from Mi pay my son not receiving the money then I check Mi pay transaction it shows processing but almost 3 days gone still it shows the same I chat with the customer care they said daily same answer 24 to 48 hours your fund clear but it's not done...please help me 5000 is bigger money for us.. Please
