I had purchased mi tv on 14th july 2019. On 18th october 2019 i had complaint about mi 49 inch tv sound crackling issue. The engineer visited and registered for the replacement of the part which will be fixed in 2-3 days. It had been 12 days but no call from the engineer or the mi staff service so i called mi engineer he said your part isnt yet come, call mi customare care. I called mi customare care they said your part isnt come yet, it will be received to us by 31st october 2019. Then on 1st novemeber mi engineer called and said your part is received it will be fixed today. O said ok. 2-3 days passed no one come nor any calls. On 4th november again i called mi engineer he refused that he called me for the part. So i called mi customare care service again and they said your part isnt received yet. So i said why your engineer called and lied, customare care team also lied about the part to be received on 31st oct.
Its been 15 days and still they are telling to wait for the part and they dont even know when the replacemnt part will be received. If the part comes after 1 year so i have to wait a year for it. They are not even replacing the tv which is just 2 months old. Whats the use of the warranty when part to be replaced takes 15-20 days to be replaced. They are fooling customers,.
I want the replacemnt part or the tv replacement if part is not available or the refund.
Hope you will take strict action against mi brand which offers false promises.
