Dear sir i preorder mi note5 pro mobile phone sale on date 25/05/2018 rs 15128/- debited from my account but paym1 not confirmed by mi, then i again repayment for same preorder sale of mi note 5 pro from another account which was successful. But my first time debited amount i haven't received till date now.
Pay money transaction i. D is ib/payu/[protected]/[protected] i also enclosed screenshots of debited account transaction and another successful mi order

So guys if anybody have any type of problems with such companies go directly to complain customer support do not be hassitate, i am happy thanks mi customer care support|.
