Michelin India — all 4 tyre got cut marks

Hi, i m using michelin tyres in my vw vento, till now its working gud but from last 2 months, i noticed cut marks in all of my 4 tyres on outer part, i[censored] want i can send u pics also, i use to get it align and balancing regularly on 5000 kms but still facing these type of problem. Hope to clear this problem on company side and provide me new fresh set of tyres if possible.
