Michelin India — no hearing for tyre defect which is under warranty

Unfortunately 3 month ago within warranty period one tyre got busted on highway in midnight 2.00 am. That time i was travelling from jaipur to gurgaon via nh-8.

As per my habit this time also i checked my car tyres air pressure on hp petrol pump and maintained approx 33-34.

Still, 1 tyre got busted from sides, i searched one mechanic on highway and after examining completely, he said this tyre is not of good quality.
No puncture was found in tyre, no blade cut was found.

I raised complaint on company website many times, and as per suggestion of your company representative i submitted the tyre to dealer "x y z automobiles".

Also, your company customer care representative gave me the number of technical person mr. Xyz.
And advised me to call him on xxxxxxxxxx to visit dealer's workshop and examine the tyre.
I tried twice on that number but no one picked up the phone.

After that i raised complaint on company website: http://www.michelin.in/IN/en/help-and-support/contact-us.html many times.
But didn't got any response after submitting the tyre.

After above incident i am using "nitrogen gas" in tyres maintaining air pressure 34.

Till now it's more than 3 month and my problem is not resolved.
