Only 11000 km my car Tyre in come bubble in side wall and Michelin engineer could not explain properly and report to claim has been not passed so i call customer care in Michelin company so call exucativ not proper guide me and said that Michelin engineer not come customer visit then report is final and could not explain,

so please revert me my Tyre complain.

Updated by Nikunj Raval I add my complained but do not any responce from michilene tyre. only says that claim has been not passed but no clarification from company person.my car standing last seven day i can't use my car.
