[Resolved] Micromax — Camera Blur Problem in Knight A350 Replace with New Smart Phone set | |||
Dear sir /Madam I have purched canvas Knight A350 IMEI No.([protected]) ([protected]) on 11 Aug 2014 But set was defective with the problem of camera blurr..The set was return to the dealer/service centre Sanjay palace Agra on 16 Aug 2014 within one week for D.O.(Distributor Order) i.e. order for a replace with a new set but still we don't get any response from micromax/service centre but he says that the smart phone is not registered in a company record.kindly plz help and give us D.O. permission for a new set as soon as possible.
