Micromax — harassment by micromax service centre | |||
Dear sir I have a 42 inch micromax tv which is under warranty. There was some screen snag/malfunction for which i registered a complaint at micromax customer care on 30/03/2019 (Vide ref. No. :del[protected]). Technician visited my place, checked the tv and told me that the screen needs to be replaced. Now during this 50 days, i have made multiple calls at the service centre and have visited there personally twice, but each time i am being told that the screen is dispatched from the company and is in transit. How can it take more than a month for the screen to reach this place for that sake from anywhere from the world. When i visited the centre i was proposed to replace/exchange my faulty tv for a new larger sized videocon tv at a very reasonable price, for which i straight away refused. Now when i contacted the customer care care centre i am told that the complaint was closed on that day only. Its been nearly 2months now and the tv is still not rectified. Dr chetan rijhwani.
