Bought a new Micromax ac about 1 month ago from Flipkart ...it is not working properly...lodged a complain to its service center on 14/06/19...they said that your complaint will be attended within 24 to 48 hours...today is 20/06/19...nobody has yet ecome to attend it...after hours of efforts I get to talk to customer care people...they are unable to give any proper explanation... I bought this ac to use it in summer but couldn't use it the entire season...feels like cheated. Worst after sale service ever experienced. Complaint ref no.
