Micromax Informatics — Complaint about my phone | |||||
This is with reference to my job sheet no. W[protected] i submitted my mobile with the authorized service center. My voice could not reach to another person & also Network problem.after two days. problem is not solved & they said to sent my phone to company.after few days they call me & said your phone is ready. but my phone is X088. & company replaced me another mobile & said your mobile parts not available..therefore replaced another mobile...the company give me X091 mobile..these mobile also battery problem...battery is not charged well. i have not time such all thing.give me proper service.
