Micromax Informatics — Complaint of Service center in uttam nagar delhi | |||
R/P I am Puneet Verma R/o B-47 Sewak Park Uttam Nagar New Delhi using Micromax E313 Model from last 1and half year from last 2 days, I receiving an error in my phone screen again n again that, "Unfortunately, app Center has stopped." I called at the customer care they told me to reset my ph then, I reset it but it not gone. Then Customer care suggest me to go at service center and they guide me a center nearest to my location that is "Shri Laxmi Enterprises After taking the token and wait I talk with Miss Rashmi /Roshni they take my phone for software updating. She did not give me any reicpet etc in returns of my phone .she told me to wait for a half-hour and told me for 350rs charge for it. But She return me after 50 min While talking with her I feel that, I came at the local shop of mobile repairing where is no professionalism and way of talking is too much rude and intolerable and then I call for any senior person she call a person with name Dipanshu sir [i think so] and says "inse to app hi baat kar lo" very locally with rude expression . And of day the problem which took to service center it remains in my phone after pay the bill and tolerates the very bad behaviour of your peoples. And in Last I take my amount back, because the problem is again come back.
