Hi, I have (You can say had now) micromax canvas tab p702. Mistakenly its display gets broken and i have submitted the request in services center for repair. The service id number was: w[protected] Everytime when i call at service center the team updated that we are working over it but after 45 days they keep start to call me that we do not have display available for this model. Get it back and look in local market if its available. Here i want to mention, if they do not have accessories of any product then why they are selling it in open market. Whereas its model still available on online websites and if you go there the display is also available but i am not sure that its original or not so i am not purchasing the same from there. Its surprising for me that the display which is available online, not available with micomax who made this tab. = I also submitted the ticket to micromax support with ticket id number: 838249 on last feb 10 but still never got any update from your side. Request you to please lodge my complain against them to do not provide accessories of give product where the consumer was ready to pay for that. Was this information helpful? | |
