Micromax Informatics — Micromax tab complain | |||
Dear Micro Max Members, We have purchased Micro Max Tab from Poorvika mobile shop at Mettupalayam(Pin code-641301) before 20 days. We are not used a single day of TAB, problem has occurred sim inserted area. We have given to Micro Max service center for service issues and they told us spare are ordered at chennai will clear the problem within a week. Then we asked after a week they told that spares are not received from chennai and service person going to Bangalore and will purchase spares from there and resolved the issue. After 18 days completed there is no response from the micromax service center. We really disappointed about the micromax service for the customer.
