My mobile was having a problem after switching on.
Only a message was displayed mentioning "encryption unsuccessful".
I contacted micromac customer care, as per their instruction, i went to the below mentioned address:
"shop no 06, 1st floor, sigma arcade, hal old airport rd, marathahalli, bengaluru, karnataka 560037"
At first the mechanic was hesitating to give me the serice card, later he gave.
I called him, then he told that he will put another chargigng pint and try to update the software as there is problem in motherboard.
Next day no call came from their side and his both numbers were switched off.
Then when i went there he told you need to change the motherboard. I told then put my original charging point (As he told that he will put another charging point and check).
He told that we put in dustbin, later his collegue told that due to language pro blem he told it by mistake.
Now the problem is my mobile is not in the old condition, i am not able to charge it and the job card which he gave me he took back.
The job card was generated on 6th december 2018 after 1 pm.
Please help me out and suggest.
