Micromax Informatics — micromax led parts not provided

I registered complaint about display of micromax canvas led on 14/3/19. Technician visited and after checking told that motherboard to be replace. And he file requirements for that parts but it's around 45 days i not got that part so my tv led makes proper display. Repeated calling to customer care they just telling your request under process. My led under warranty and details of my complain registered with micromax is —
