My name is venkatesh, i had made complain on 05/07/2017 regarding led tv backlight was not working which is under the warranty period and after several reminders & complains suddenly on 08/07/2017 visited at my residence and say that the need to change the led backlight after that my several reminder and complaint with regular followup with service center om sairam enterprises-rajajinagar and company that get only one answer the part is not available. I have not received any response from the company as well as service center... Irresponsible persons & answers from micromax service peoples.
