Micromax Informatics — micromax mobile vdeo 3 not working - defective product sold by poorvika | |||
Hi, I bought micro max Vdeo 3 mobile for Rs.4500/- in Poorvika Mogappair West branch on 03rdJan.18. The next day after charging mobile not even half a day back up is not there and started rebooting frequently.. mobile started heating when i call to other persons.. When i approached 3rd day Poorvika, branch Manager Mr. Baskaran( [protected]) informed that mobile once billed and handed over to customer, Poorvika will not responsible for any reason and advised me to check with DRB Enterprises @ service center in Anna Nagar mentioned in the invoice for service.. The service center was closed a month back and when i called the service center no they informed me already communicated to Poorvika for further updates.. I am surprised that Poorvika showroom responsibility is to sell the defective product to customers and making money. the mobile has all these problems in the next day and The way of response from Branch Manager is very poor and Rude..Even He does not know their tied up service center got closed but still mention in the invoice and instruct customers to visit the said Service center.. I lost my 4500/- and again need to invest to buy other handset.. Its really hurting and why should cheat people by giving the defective product.. Thanks, Regards, Was this information helpful? | |||

I got mobile online at 16 December 2017 but within a week it is out of service then I send it care at 22december 2017...but company has not send my mobile now. It's model hs3 ...name Ram Babu Kumar.When I call customer care he reply it is under posting.same reply is given for ten days.
