I had brought micro max q381 phone through a online sale. After a week a white screen appeared on display and I gave it to a nearby micro max center in Indore. They told that the y will return the phone in a week but they took 3 weeks to return. After receiving phone from them within 10-15minitus gain the same problem began. When I consulted them thy told me come next day. But when I went next day they are telling its mother board problem it will take 25-30 days to repair. I am undergoing a lot of mantle stress and tension as I am not able to finish my work within the given time. I am running pillar to post behind the phone .I am feeling sorry for buying phone from the micro max company.
